Abstract
The biomass oven is designed and fabricated for drying agricultural products. It agrees with Amico Foods Factory, Polin Production Line and El Shamidan Factory, Mandomix and Toinile Production Line. But unlike that, it works with agricultural waste. Hot air is purified with chemical materials in order not to affect the products which are dried with emission.

This study has direct objective whose is disposal of agricultural waste, which is a burden on the farmer. Also make a profit from the sale of agricultural dry product with a high quality. Indirect objective issaving electricity consumed from thermal and microwave ovens which are used in drying and cooking. The most consumed ovens for energy which are used production lines of factories.
This design can be generalized. It can be developed for production lines of drying which is worked with cheap energy in drying factories. And this design was also used baking breads and cakes. This development of oven to work in baking and settlement requires some modifications in oven to raise the heating efficiency in drying chamber.
Recommended results:-
› Biomass oven is used to get ride with safety method.
› Biomass oven is used for drying agricultural products when using a quantity of agricultural waste 25% with drying chamber volume which given a high the temperature increase.
› The using biomass oven is recommended to dry sliced onions with 6 mm thickness with two layers which given the highest quality and net profit.
› INT recommended with using biomass energy to achieve the highest profit for agricultural waste.
